In my writing, I made this note:

Is my pain, hurt and discomfort a shadow or a reflection of HIS Hurt and Pain, from our sins? Hello…

In HIS Word, HE used the marriage to a harlot, by Hosea, to show Hosea, what an adulterous bride was like. Hosea felt the pain, mistrust, betrayal, yes the Hurt HE, GOD, felt in HIS marriage, (His marriage to Israel and Judah).

For those who are not aware, that GOD ALMIGHTY Married, “the House of Jacob” (all the Tribes) in Exodus 19:5-8 (see below).

He later Divorced “The 10 Northern Tribes of Israel”, in Jeremiah 3:6-8, read onto verse 3:11 (see below).

You just might learn something, in your Bible, if you have eyes to see.

Exodus 19: 5-8

Israel at Mount Sinai

19: 5 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. 6 And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.”

7 So Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and [b]laid before them all these words which the Lord commanded him. 8 Then all the people answered together and said, “All that the Lord has spoken we will do.” So Moses brought back the words of the people to the Lord.

Jeremiah 3: 6-8

A Call to Repentance

3: 6 The Lord said also to me in the days of Josiah the king: “Have you seen what backsliding Israel has done? She has gone up on every high mountain and under every green tree, and there played the harlot. 7 And I said, after she had done all these things, ‘Return to Me.’ But she did not return. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it. 8 Then I saw that for all the causes for which backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear, but went and played the harlot also.

Bonus: Jeremiah 3: 9-11

9 So it came to pass, through her casual harlotry, that she defiled the land and committed adultery with stones and trees. 10 And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah has not turned to Me with her whole heart, but in pretense,” says the Lord.

11 Then the Lord said to me, “Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.

Bonus: Jeremiah 3: 12

12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say:

‘Return, backsliding Israel,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not cause My anger to fall on you.
For I am merciful,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not remain angry forever.
